PBMC SA puts women in the spotlight at the EPHJ trade fair in Geneva

This week, PBMC SA organized an event at the EPHJ – The World of High Precision trade show in Geneva, dedicated to the role of women in industry (and in the workplace in general).

On paper, equality exists. Laws guarantee it. Charters affirm it. And yet, on the ground—in workshops, on management committees, in technical roles—the gap between principle and reality remains visible.

It is this observation that prompted us to take action. Not to tick a “diversity” box, but because a sector that deprives itself of half of its available talent also deprives itself of a portion of its innovative potential.

At this event, we brought together women who are already shaping industry every day—engineers, technicians, managers, buyers, accountants—to exchange ideas, share their career paths, and above all, network. Not to speak for them, but to give them a space to share their experiences in a predominantly male environment.

At PBMC, we firmly believe that diversity is not just another HR issue. It’s a driver of performance, creativity, and resilience for the entire industry.
